Lauren joined The Sides Group in July 2025 as a Client Services Associate, bringing 10 years of senior banking experience. She specialized in operational efficiency, account opening and maintenance, and building trusted, long-term relationships with clients. Her approach is detail-driven and client-focused, ensuring every interaction is handled with clarity, professionalism, and follow-through. She also contributed to the recent update of the financial institution’s procedures/operations manuals, supporting improvements to internal processes.
Lauren was born and raised in York, where she still resides with her husband, Nathan, and their two children, Brynlea and Caden. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family—boating, relaxing at the beach, crafting, and connecting with friends and loved ones.
